Description: These spacious apartments are incredibly well situated. Right in the front line of the Torrecilla beach and also in the centre of town. south facing and surrounded by tropical gardens leading straight to the beach. Private car park included in the price. All the apartments have beach and sea views. Large sitting room, Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, sofa bed for 1 person in lounge, equipped kitchen, large terraces, sat.TV., full bathroom. The compound has a communal laundry room with several washing machines.

Terms & Conditions

Payment : A 45% deposit must be paid on booking, the remaining balance 10 days before arrival. Deposit is not returnable.

Visa and Mastercard accepted.


 

Notes : Entry to the property is from 3pm. and departure must be before 12 (midday/unless previously arranged).

Key collection is from 8 AM. untill 6 PM.( outside this time please ring us).

Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Pets are not allowed.
